Your free report
Submitting the form requests a product-page review. We save your details, review your product page and request, and email your report after it is prepared. No instant report is generated or delivered by this form. The free review does not measure live AI recommendations.
Information you submit
When you submit the form on our Netlify-hosted website, we collect your name, business name, contact email, website and product URLs, product name, any notes you provide, request status, report-contact permission, optional marketing permission, the permission text version, and submission time. We use these details to respond about your report or requested pilot, and to provide the agreed service. Do not include passwords, payment card details, or sensitive personal information.
Where submissions go
Netlify processes form submissions and spam filtering, and stores submissions in Rusk’s private Forms dashboard. Email notifications deliver a copy to our service inbox, hosted by Google. These providers also process technical information needed to host the website, deliver notifications, and protect their services. Their privacy policies apply to their processing: Netlify and Google.
Contact and marketing
The required permission covers your report and contact about that request. A separate, optional checkbox lets you choose product-page tips, Rusk updates, and relevant service offers. It is unchecked by default and your choice is recorded. You can withdraw optional marketing permission at any time by replying to an email or contacting our service inbox. Reports and request replies are prepared and emailed manually; no automatic marketing pipeline is active. We do not sell your submitted contact information or add advertising trackers to this website.
Retention and deletion
Our retention target is to remove unnecessary report-request and service information within 90 days after your request is closed or the service is completed. If you opt in to updates, we retain the necessary subscription record until you unsubscribe; a minimal suppression record may be kept to avoid contacting you again. This is a manual process. Payment and dispute records may need to be retained longer for legal or accounting purposes. To ask for access, correction, or deletion, email our service inbox. We may need to confirm that the request comes from the person who submitted the information.
Payments
If you receive an approved Stripe or Whop payment link, the payment provider processes checkout and payment information under its own policies. Rusk does not collect card details in the report form. A report submission does not verify payment.
Local previews
The form explains if you are using a local, device-only preview rather than the hosted collection service. Local development saving and optional Resend delivery are separate configurations and are not used for the public Netlify form.
